Collaboration

I decided to put this model together to represent the process of collaboration as I see it. One common problem projects face is that collaborators can have a negative effect on productivity and progress is they require an absolute understanding of everyone else’s contributions. I am not suggesting that we all must put 100% faith in that which we don’t understand but I merely want to illustrate that there is a cost to doing so.
